Art N Artist is a digital E-Profile platform operated by Nav Shri Art & Culture Organisation.
This Privacy Policy applies to website visitors, registered users, artists, creators, performers, institutes, newsletter subscribers and people who submit enquiries or other forms through the platform.
Information You Provide
Depending on the feature used, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- Name and username.
- Email address and mobile number.
- WhatsApp number, city, address and website.
- Artist category, biography and professional information.
- Account registration and profile request details.
- Enquiry messages and contact form information.
- Newsletter subscription email address.

Public E-Profile Information
Information selected for an active public E-Profile may be visible to anyone on the internet without login.

Carefully review your profile before publishing it. Do not publish sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your professional profile.
Contact Card and QR Code Information
The Contact Card feature allows you to choose which details are included when visitors scan or save your Contact QR Code.
Selected details may include your artist name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email, city, full address, website and Art N Artist profile link.
A downloaded, printed or shared Contact QR Code may continue to reveal the details selected when it was generated, even after you later change your profile or Contact Card settings.
Once a QR Code has been downloaded, printed or shared outside Art N Artist, its further use may be outside our direct control.
Enquiries and Messages
When a visitor sends an enquiry to an artist, we may collect the visitor’s name, mobile number, email address, message, submission date and the profile receiving the enquiry.
This information is used to deliver and display the enquiry to the relevant profile owner and to support security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
The profile owner can read and delete enquiries through the account dashboard.
Profile Views and QR Scan Analytics
We may record profile views and QR scans to provide analytics such as total activity, activity during recent periods, today’s count and the last viewed or scanned time.
Analytics may be affected by repeated visits, automated traffic, browser settings, privacy tools, network conditions and technical filtering. These counts may not represent unique individuals.
Automatically Collected Technical Data
Our website, hosting provider or security tools may automatically process limited technical information such as:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already performed lawfully before withdrawal. Some essential account or security features may not function without required information.
Homepage Search and External Search Engines
The “Show my profile in homepage search” setting controls whether an eligible profile appears in the Art N Artist homepage search.
Turning this setting off does not automatically disable the direct public profile link.
External search engines operate independently. Updating, hiding or deleting information on Art N Artist may not immediately remove previously indexed results, cached pages or links appearing on other websites.
Cookies and Local Storage
